Baker Renovation (Exchange, PA)

We completely removed the wooden floor and railing, and the floor joists of the existing covered porch. We installed new pressure treated floor joists, Aeratis porch flooring and vinyl railing. We also fixed the existing steps from the porch and installed stucco on the existing retaining wall.
